設計說明：
智能型濾料更換控制系統——時間控制/壓差控制系統，這是整個自動卷簾式過濾器的重要部分，通過壓差系統來判斷濾料是否需要更換，不需進行人為的判斷，大大降低了人工操作失誤造成的濾料及能源的浪費。具體工作原理是在濾料的進風面及出風面分別設置壓差開關的探頭，并設定濾料的終阻力。當壓差大于或等于設定值時，控制程序發出控制信號使電機開始啟動，帶動傳動裝置，將使用過的濾料轉至底部，換成干凈的濾料。壓差值可自行調整。

Design Description：
Intelligent automatic filter media replacement control system- time/pressure difference indicator system. This is the main part of Auto roll filter in which the filter replacement is controlled by pressure difference indicator. This can avoid human error and wastage as well as maintain filter efficiency throughout operation. The working principle involves: Setting up sensors at both the air inlet and outlet filter surfaces. Setting up final pressure drop of filter. When pressure difference exceeds the pre-set final pressure drop value, the control system will send out signal to start up the motor for filter rolling. The pressure difference value can be set manually
